Two Alumni of Wallpaper* Graduate Directory 2020

Sizar Alexis

Each year, the magazine chooses from newly graduated designers and their projects from around the world that they consider to be "Best in Class". Sizar Alexis is one of them. He graduated from the Form program in the spring and Wallpaper* highlights his graduation project Bel, a sorting vessel that people should like to have in front and that can easily be stacked on top of each other, or lined up next to each other.

Adam Swärd

The other former Beckmans student is Adam Swärd, who graduated from the Fashion Programme this spring. His graduation collection Mada questions gender norms and celebrates fashion's identity-creating power. Adam and his collection have already received a lot of attention both in the press and with several scholarships. In October, he was also named Form Bearer of the Year by the Swedish Association of Painters Product design Dalarna.
