Three Beckmans alumni receive Chicken Scholarship
The scholarship recipients are Caroline Andersson who graduated in Visual Communication 2015, and the duo behind Cherry Cobra Films; Natalie Hallman who graduated in Visual Communication 2015 and Johanna Nyberg who graduated in Visual Communication 2016. Congratulations!
The jury's motivations
This year's jury consisted of Fredrik Simonsson, Johanna Johansson, Sedir Ajeenah, Linn Tornérhielm and Petter Ödeen. The motivations read:
Caroline Andersson:
"It is often difficult to assess the effort of a creative who has worked in larger teams. But when you have a hand in idea-driven and well-executed campaigns time and time again, there's no question about it. Then you should have a Chicken Fellowship. The award goes to Art Director Caroline Andersson!"
Nathalie Hallman & Johanna Nyberg (Cherry Cobra):
"It's stylish, original and consistently executed in a way that's increasingly rare. Films that mix new and old, pretty and ugly in a new way that has formed a universe of its own. The award goes to Nathalie Hallman & Johanna Nyberg who together are the directing duo Cherry Cobra!"
