As Sachiko, Yasu and Satoko in Japan find their way back to life after the tsunami, the debris from the disaster washes up on the beaches of Hawaii. Set against the backdrop of the 2011 tsunami in Japan, the film is a deep dive into a world of dreams, dancing plankton, and the mechanics of the heart, landing in the knowledge that everything is connected.
