On beckmans.se/materialtales you will see the collections and fashion show film.
For press and industry, a showroom at the school is open to a few visitors at a time between 26-27 November.
-In the debut collections, the students have worked to create modem agi based on their own materials. The focus has been on exploring and developing unique materials and then creating product design, figures and fashion, to try different techniques for finding your own expressions and then build shapes and silhouettes. Through experimentation, research, sketching and draping, the materials have been taken further, to shape their own styles and fashion designs that extend beyond the given, the first thought, into something completely new, says Göran Sundberg, senior lecturer in fashion design and responsible for the course.
