Ideas about "home"
Our relationship with 'home' has changed fundamentally with new patterns of living and increased mobility. The new generation of designers from Beckmans, whose work is on display in the exhibition Hemma - Stories of Home/New Way Home, have taken on an emotional idea of what home is. An idea that finds expression in a place of its own, with its own identity and character. It exists not only as a physical place but also as a place in our minds and hearts. Together we present an opportunity to reinterpret and evaluate what constitutes a home.
